Scarlet designed the full suite of materials for Investa Office Fund’s Annual Report including the Annual Review (44 pages), Financial Report (95 pages), Property Portfolio, Tax Guide and Notice of Annual General Meeting. Our design translates much of the text content into infographics and icons that make the dry data simpler, more engaging and therefore faster to consume. Scarlet’s design informed the look and feel of the online report with many elements designed to work in both contexts.
