Along with posters displayed around the offices the guides were intended to educate and inspire teams across Investa Office, providing them with practical ideas for becoming more customer focussed, aiding them in achieving the business’s mission to become ‘The first choice in Australian office’. Our creative idea, “Put the ‘I’ in customer service” conveys that great customer service is up to “you”, as revealed in our call to action, typography and imagery .
