We produced this interactive expression of interest brochure for the espresso bar for lease in the stunning new Woods Bagot re-designed lobby & co-work space at 347 Kent Street. The brochure design was inspired by the identity developed for the building which is in what’s emerging as the latest CBD hot spot, the Kent Street Quarter. We extended the established look and feel into retail communications producing this leasing brochure and another for further retail space available on the site.
