120 Collins Marketing Campaign

This iconic building, is widely considered one of Australia’s most prestigious office towers. It’s one of Investa Office’s flagship buildings, a jewel in the crown of their 45 plus, Australia-wide office portfolio. High profile tenants include Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Rothschild and Rio Tinto.

Scarlet’s key insight was that this leasing opportunity represented a highly coveted chance to join Melbourne’s business and social elite. To this end, we developed a concept entitled, “The Club”.

The centre piece of the campaign which Scarlet designed and wrote, was a series of five booklets finished with clear and silver foil, housed in a lavish case-bound, debossed and foil stamped box style compendium. Nothing was spared in terms of production values with the highlight being the exquisite photography which perfectly captures the European ambience of the location, the timeless style and grace of the building and the uncompromising Investa Office service offering.

Within the suite of materials Scarlet also designed and wrote an e-brochure, signage and print advertising.
