Orchid Hill Identity and Outdoor Advertising

A new identity and naming for a residential estate at Wadalba on the NSW Central Coast, designed to raise awareness and position the estate. The name we developed for the site, “Orchid Hill”, was derived from a local legend about a resident who saved some endangered native orchids by transferring them to what is now the Wadalba Wildlife Corridor. The accompanying “Live a little” campaign provides an optimistic, colloquial call to action, encouraging young home buyers to become part of this affordable, close knit community.
